Many people need information to help them make decisions or solve problems. The purpose of this survey is to investigate the information needs of travellers with disabilities, long-term health problems or with reduced mobility in the United Kingdom.

Your participation in this study is highly valued whether you travel frequently or not. It would be greatly appreciated if you could spare a few moments to complete the following questions.
